2-Step Verification protects your Google Workspace account even if someone learns your password.
- Go to myaccount.google.com › 2-Step Verification and sign in with your work email.
- Select Turn on 2-Step Verification and follow the prompts.
- We recommend using Google prompts on your phone or an authenticator app, and adding a backup phone number.
- Save your backup codes somewhere safe, such as your password manager.
